Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida desc1ibed as:
LOT 18, BLOCK 132, 8TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for cash, on July 20, 2017 at 9:00a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE
