NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 007402 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JERALD G. WILLIAMS A/K/A J. G. WILLIAMS, SR A/K/A JERALD G. WILLIAMS, SR A/K/A JERALD GENE WILLIAMS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Begin at the Southeast corner of Section 6, Township 37 South, Range 19 East, thence South 89 degrees 55 minutes 02 seconds West along the Southerly line of said Section 6, a distance of 951.28 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue South 89 degrees 55 minutes 02 seconds West along said Southerly line of Section 6, a distance of 103.72 feet, thence North 0 degrees 22 minutes West, a distance of 420.00 feet, thence North 89 degrees 55 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance of 103.72 feet, thence South 0 degrees 22 minutes East, a distance of 420.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. The preceding described land lying and being in the South 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 37 South, Range 19 East, Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
