NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Case No. 2016-CA-002708, in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, DOING BUSINESS AS CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAT 2015-14ATT, is Plaintiff, and JEINMY ERAZO A/K/A JEINMY L. ERAZO; et. al., Defendants, the undersigned Clerk, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
LOT 15, BLOCK D, COLONIAL TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 am on the 20th day of July, 2017, to be held by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com .
