NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000343 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-9, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9, is Plaintiff and RICHARD GOULBOURNE, ET. AL., are Defendants. The Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 17th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 748, 12TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 8, 8A THROUGH 8V, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
