NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 15, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 2016 CA 004662 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and SHARI THOMPSON; DAVID A. LANGFORD; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A SHELLY COHAN, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 14th day of August, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 941, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 91 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
