NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 000679 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-10, is Plaintiff and THOMAS C. WILDA A/K/A THOMAS WILDA; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER OF CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; GULF GATE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Circuit Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 20th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 111, GULF GATE GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1669, PAGE 558, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 22, PAGE 17, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
