NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure dated April 3, 2017, entered in Case No. 2010 CA 003933 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-IM1 is the Plaintiff and Richard E. Carlisle; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Express Capital Lending Min No. 100360426010370731; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 10th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK B, NACIREMA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THEREFROM: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 18, BLOCK B, NACIREMA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 18, A DISTANCE OF 29.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 18, A DISTANCE OF 38. 5 FEET; THENCE NORTH 2.5 FEET: THENCE EAST, PARALLEL TO SAID SOUTH LINE OF LOT 18, A DISTANCE OF 38.5 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 2.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
