NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 11, 2017, entered in Case No. 58-2014-CA-000780 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Cantie W. Brevard A/K/A Cantie Brevard; The Unknown Spouse Of Cantie W. Brevard A/K/A Cantie Brevard; Joy L. Brevard; The Unknown Spouse Of Joy L. Brevard; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 10th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BLOCK 4, FLORA-VILLA SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(5), OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA: THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 31 SECONDS EAST, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID BLOCK 4, A DISTANCE OF 15.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 57 MINUTES 25 SECONDS EAST; ALONG THE LINE THAT IS 15 FEET NORTH OF AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID BLOCK 4, A DISTANCE OF 68.70 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 57 MINUTES 25 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID LINE, 68.69 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 17 SECONDS EAST, 100.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 57 MINUTES 25 SECONDS WEST 68.67 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 06 SECONDS WEST, 100.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
