NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 15, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 004777 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and LOONEY, ANDREW, et al, are Defendants. The clerk KAREN E. RUSHING shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on July 20, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property located in Sarasota County, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
