NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-001838, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III is Substituted Plaintiff and GILBERT GUTIERREZ A/K/A GILBERT PENA GUTIERREZ A/K/A GILBERTO GUTIERREZ; et al., are Defendant(s).
