NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2017, and entered in Case No. 36-2016-CA-001203 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-CH5 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH5, is the Plaintiff and Monterey at Laguna Lakes Association, Inc.; Laguna Lakes Community Association, Inc.; Miriam Hernandez; and Roberto Hernandez, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 14 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 78, LAGUNA LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
