NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-001530 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, is Plaintiff and NTR LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE 2329 UNION LAND TRUST DATED THIS 29TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2016; LOREN A. FOSKITT, are Defendants, the Office of Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 11 day of October, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 9 and 10, Block One, of that certain subdivision known as Stadlers Central Heights, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 64, as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
