U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ASSET ACQUISITIONS & HOLDINGS TRUST DATED MAY 27, 2011, DBA ASSET ACQUISITIONS & HOLDINGS; CAROL FIOLA; LOUIS FIOLA; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF ASSET ACQUISITIONS & HOLDINGS TRUST DATED MAY 27, 2011, DBA ASSET ACQUISITIONS & HOLDINGS; UNKNOWN TRUSTEES OF ASSET ACQUISITIONS & HOLDINGS TRUST DATED MAY 27, 2011, DBA ASSET ACQUISITIONS & HOLDINGS; KATHY KELLUM AS TRUSTEE OF ASSET ACQUISITIONS & HOLDINGS TRUST DATED MAY 27, 2011, DBA ASSET ACQUISITIONS & HOLDINGS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 9 day of August, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 8 AND 9, BLOCK 1528, UNIT 17, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 23 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
