NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 8, 2017, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, INSPIRED CAPITAL GROUP, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF IVOLYN ALLMAN; SALKEY HAY; ELEANOR ALLMAN; and COURTNEY A. ALLMAN A/K/A COURTREY ALLMAN, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell at public sale on JULY 13, 2017, at 9:00 A.M to the highest bidder for cash on line at www.lee.realforeclose.com in LEE County, Florida, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
