NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2017 entered in Civil Case Number 09-CA-20302 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND I TRUST is Plaintiff and ANTHONY POGRIBNICHENKO, et. al. are Defendants, Pat Frank, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 12, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., electronically online at the following website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
