FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., is the Plaintiff and Bosko Curich Sotelo, Cristina Denegri, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated As Nominee For Countrywide Bank, N.A., United States of America Department of Treasury, Unknown Tenant(S), Villarosa Homeowners' Association, Inc., Villarosa Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
