NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2017, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-001506 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-1. NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1, is Plaintiff and MANUEL ALAMILLA, ET. AL., are the Defendants. The Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK 2, HENDRY & KNIGHT'S ADDITION TO JACKSON HEIGHTS, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
