NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2017, and entered in 29-2016-CA-005383 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SRP 2010-6 LLC is the Plaintiff and MARIA SERRANO; JESUS MELVIS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 26, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, KATHRYN PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 56 OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
