Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 30, 2017, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 1324, BUILDING 13, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF COACHMAN CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88 THROUGH 105, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED SEPTEMBER 17, 1979, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4913, PAGES 1436 THROUGH 1502, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
