NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment of Foreclosure” (the “Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described on the attached Exhibit “A” to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on August 15, 2017, at 10:00 a.m.

Lots 1 through 6, Block 3, REVISED MAP OF ST. PETERSBURG, as shown on the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 49 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
