F/K/A MERITECH MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. AS ITS ATTORNEY-IN FACT is the Plaintiff and JAMES SANDERS; DOLLY BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK; CASSANDRA SANDERS; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE N/K/A MARGE ULRICH are the Defendant(s).
