Final Judgment was awarded on May 31, 2017 in Civil Case No. 14-002739-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, J.P. MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-A2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, BY PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS SERVICER WITH DELEGATED AUTHORITY UNDER THE TRANSACTION DOCUMENTS is the Plaintiff, and FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG, NO. 305, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRUCE E. IVES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ARVILLA FREEMAN; BRUCE E. IVES; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

PETERSBURG NO. 305, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 76 THROUGH 78, INCLUSIVE, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4183, PAGE 1485, AS THEREAFTER AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
