NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 19, 2017, entered in Case No. 10-012274-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, as Trustee for Series SEQMT 2005-3 is the Plaintiff and Robert C. Shelnutt; Stephanie L. Shelnutt; PNC Bank, NA Successor By Merger with National City Bank ; Grande Bay Homeowners Association, Inc.; Grand Bay 1 Homeowners Association, Inc. ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, GRAND BAY HEIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 7-9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
