NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of June, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16002306CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BEACHWAY SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANDRE O. BANFIELD; KEVIN G. BANFIELD; ANTHONY S. HOLLAND; ANTHONY S. HOLLAND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN THE ESTATE OF NEREIDA BANFIELD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NEREIDA BANFIELD; MARIA O. SCHER F/K/A MARIA O. VARGAS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF NEREIDA BANFIELD; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of August, 2017, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 7202 OF BEACHWAY CONDOMINIUMS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD 15112 AT PAGE 1815, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS IT MAY BE AMENDED OR SUPPLEMENTED FROM TIME TO TIME
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
