NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the A Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated June 8, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2017-CC-404-MJB, of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein Eagle Creek Golf and Country Club, Inc., a Florida Not for Profit Corporation, is Plaintiff and Maurice McLaughlin the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
