NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 9, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 006335 NC of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein CHARLOTTE STATE BANK & TRUST f/k/a CHARLOTTE STATE BANK is the Plaintiff and KRISTINE A. COMPANION A/K/A KRISTINE E. COMPANION A/K/A KRISTINE HORNE COMPANION A/K/A KRISTINE HORNE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KRISTINE A. COMPANION A/K/A KRISTINE E. COMPANION A/K/A KRISTINE HORNE COMPANION A/K/A KRISTINE HORNE; KAREN HORNE; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 a.m., on the 13th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
