NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 24 March, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-007157-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Cit Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and David L. Crosby, Rose Point Homeowners Association, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 24th of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
