NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2013, and entered in 2010-CA-017292-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and OLGA FIGUEROA; NELSON RAMOS; TOSCANA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 01, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
