NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-008254-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2007-A, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES INABS 2007-A UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAR 1, 2007 is the Plaintiff and DANIEL P BERKOSKI ; KIMBERLY DELGADO A/K/A KIM BERKOSKI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC, AS NOMINEE FOR DHI MORTGAGE COMPANY LTD,; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA. are the Defendant(s).
