NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-006529-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Francis R. Stevenson, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 12th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 397, HARBOR EAST - UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 25, 26, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
