NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 19, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-005919-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2006-RZ4. is the Plaintiff and Fernando Ontiveros a/k/a Fernando F. Ontiveros; Domenica Sciortino a/k/a Domineca Sciortino; Hunter's Creek Community Association, Inc.; Timucua Village Neighborhood Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 18th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53 OF HUNTERS CREEK TRACT 240 PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20 PAGES 119 AND 120 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
