NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 22 day of June, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-002566 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at On Line at Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 2 day of October, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 25 and 26, Block 270, UNIT 9, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 7 to 18, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
