NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-908-CA of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein VANDERBILT BEACH & HARBOUR CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors Creditors, Trustees, and all others who may claim an interest in the Estate of Marie T Biebel, Jane M Southwick and Ruth A. Lambert are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 20th day of July, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit Week no. 49, in Condominium Parcel 307V, of Vanderbilt Beach & Harbour Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 968, at Page 1096, thru 1190, inclusive, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, if any.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
