NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2016CA004026 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and forPolk County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and ABDOOL S. SATAR; FAZINA SATAR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY THROUGH UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS,DEVISEES,GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY, are Defendant(s), Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 18, 2017 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 7, BLOCK A OF WHEELER HEIGHTS UNIT 1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 19 ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
