NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-908-CA of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein VANDERBILT BEACH & HARBOUR CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and CHESTER M. LUCAS, PATRICIA BUTLER and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PARTRICIA BUTLER are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 20 day of July, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit Week(s) No.(s) 39 in Condominium Unit Number 304V of Vanderbilt Beach & Harbour Club, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 968, at Pages 1096-1190, inclusive in the Public Records of Collier County, Forida, and all amendments thereto.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
