PREUX A/K/A LILIANE SAINT PREUX; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC. ; POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION, INC. ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 25, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
