Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Default Judgment entered in the above- styled cause in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of Collier County will sell the property situated in Collier County Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 102, BUILDING 5, THE RETREAT AT NAPLES NO. ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 930, PAGE 0002, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES ATTENDANT THERETO, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 944, Page 1385.
at the public sale to the highest bidder on July 20, 2017 at 11:00am on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
