NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure Upon the Report and Recommended Order of the General Magistrate dated June 19, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 11- 2016-CA-001013-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and BRIAN FREW A/K/A BRIAN JOHN KELSO FREW, eta/, are Defendants. The Clerk, DWIGHT E. BROCK, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 AM on October 19, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in COLLIER County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure Upon the Report and Recommended Order of the General Magistrate, to-wit:
