The real property is located at 2730 30th Ave. SE, Naples, FL 34120.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby of the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 20 day of July, 2017.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
