NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 21st day of June, 2017, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JENNIFER WISEBERG, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY FELD a/k/a JEFFREY D. FELD, is the Defendant, Civil Action Case No. 15-CA-2279, I, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 a.m. on July 20, 2017, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, the following described property, situate and being in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
Site 15, Block A, Pelican Bay Unit One, according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 12, Pages 47-52, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
