NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-00751-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and ROGER D. WITHERS; LANA WITHERS, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the in-person sale held in the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on the day 20 day of July, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 27 OF MARCO BEACH UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 9-16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
