NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, Case No. 09-9795-CA, in which, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB d/b/a Christiana Trust, Not Individually But As Trustee For Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R is Plaintiff, and Collier 18th Avenue NE Trust, Marc L. Shapiro as trustee, a land trust; Sandra Jauregui; Unknown Spouse of Sandra Jauregui; Gunter Schubert a/k/a Gunter Helfried Schubert; Secured Equity Enterprises LLC; Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida and Unknown Tenants of Possession, are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will publish this Notice of Sale in the Business Observer and will sell the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 32 AND THE EAST 105 FEET OF TRACT 32, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 70, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 20 day of July, 2017, the sales are held in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
