Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2006-WMC4 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WMC4, is the Plaintiff and Daniel Pellicane, is the defendant, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 20 day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 41, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 60, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
