RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed June 20, 2017 and entered in Case No. 112012CA0026080001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and ROBIN WELLMAN A/K/A ROBIN K. WELLMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Dwight E. Brock, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the July 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
The south 75 feet of the South 150 feet of Tract 117, Unit 17, Golden Gates Estates, according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, pages 5-6, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
