NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2017, and entered in 11-2017-CA-000431-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-5 is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY L. BERES A/K/A KIMBERLY LOIS BERES; JOSEPH J. BERES A/K/A JOSEPH JAMES BERES, SR.; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 20, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
