LOT 103, CRESTVIEW HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 124, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with any and all buildings and improvements located on said property, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at 11:00 A.M. on the 25th day of July, 2017, at www.Pasco.realforeclose.com pursuant to the provisions of Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of this lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
