NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 512014CA001981CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN WALUK, TAMARA WALUK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are Defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk & Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of August, 2017, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
