NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2017, entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-000725 ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB d/b/a Christiana Trust, not Individually but as Trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust is the Plaintiff and Rodger A. Hazen; The Unknown Spouse Of Rodger A Hazen; Holly A Bennett; Rodger A. Hazen II; Betsy J Allen; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19th day of July, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
