NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on June 14th, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-003456 in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF M. CHRISTINA OGDEN, DECEASED; BRIAN F. SULLIVAN; EUGENE FRANCIS CROSSEN; LAURA M. TAYLOR, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com On July 19, 2017 at 9:00 AM, following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 28, BLOCK 4, SOUTHRIDGE, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 12 AND 12A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as 3920 Maverick Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34233
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
