NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CC-002813 NC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein STRATHMORE RIVERSIDE VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HENRY J. GAUTHIER, SR.; EILEEN SENAV; MARILYN P. CHAREST; HENRY GAUTHIER, JR. and RICHARD GAUTHIER are Defendants, Karen E.
